Who We Are

Wassef Sawaf is the co-founder of Brader Holding based out of Dubai, UAE. His full-time role is that of CEO of Adenium Capital. He is responsible for every facet of Adenium’s global business operations. He is driving Adenium’s strategy in building a sustainable renewable energy investment platform. Wassef has also led the establishment of Yellow Door, the leader in distributed solar energy in the MENA and GCC. He is the Chairman of the board of Yellow Door.

Wassef has previously served as CEO of the North American and Asian operations of Kazareen Textile Company (KTC). Prior to KTC, Wassef worked at a boutique private bank affiliated with UBS in Switzerland.

He is a member of the Young President’s Organization (YPO) since 2011 and was previously a member of the Entrepreneur’s Organization (EO) from 2007 to 2013. He has a degree in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut and an MBA from Queen’s University in Canada.

Omar Sawaf is the co-founder of Brader Holding.
Presently, he is the Founder and CEO of The Cohort, a proptech real estate development company focused primarily on redefining the student living and studying experience. He is also a co-founder of Nawat Group, an electromechanical trading, services and contracting firm and the Executive Chairman of Brader and Partners Engineering Firm. He is in charge of the strategy, development and overall operations of all three firms while looking after the growth of Brader Holding.

Previously, he founded and was the CEO of Empower Contracting, a leading electrical and mechanical (MEP) contracting firm in Saudi Arabia where he oversaw the execution of over $400 million of works and over $1 billion of work under contract. He was also a Project Director for Advanced Vision, another leading MEP contracting company in Saudi Arabia where he personally managed the execution of over $1 Billion worth of MEP projects. He also led the purchase of an HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) manufacturing company in KSA where he rebranded it as Empower Air Technologies and implemented a large restructuring of the entire organization.

He is a member of the Young President’s Organization Mena 1 and Levant Chapters. He has a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the American University of Beirut as well as a Financial Management Certificate from Cornell University.
